    1. Non-Smoking Policy
    We are a non-smoking property to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all guests. A minimum charge of $400.00 will apply if smoking occurs inside the premises, to cover the costs of restoring the room to smoke-free condition. By accepting this policy, you agree to this charge if violated. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

    2. Pets
    Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet cleaning fee will apply. If a pet is not disclosed, and the pet cleaning fee is not paid, a $100 deduction will be made from your security deposit.

    3. Property Damage & Missing Items
    You are responsible for any damage to the property or removal of items during your stay. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or for the replacement of missing items, as well as for any additional cleaning required.

    We do not accept cash payments onsite. All payments must be made via credit card or through the following payment apps:

    5. Lost and Left Behind Items
    If you leave items behind and request them to be mailed, a minimum charge of $10 will apply, and it may take up to 30 days to return the items. To avoid this, please ensure you check your room for any valuables before checking out. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    6. Damaged or Missing Items Post Checkout
    Items missing or damaged after check-out, such as remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, room keys, and books, will be charged to the security deposit on file.

    7. Payment & Reservations
    All reservations are considered fully paid unless otherwise stated. Rates are based on double occupancy and include a cleaning fee. If pets are present, a pet cleaning fee is required. There are no additional taxes, fees, or hidden surcharges.

    • For direct bookings of 3 or more nights, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit may appear as two separate charges on your statement.
    • Reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com) may require full payment in advance.

    A $300 security deposit authorization will be required at check-in.

    8. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation policies may vary based on the booking platform. Please verify the cancellation terms at the time of booking.
