1. Non-Smoking Policy<\/strong>
\nWe are a non-smoking property to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all guests. A minimum charge of $400.00 will apply if smoking occurs inside the premises, to cover the costs of restoring the room to smoke-free condition. By accepting this policy, you agree to this charge if violated. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.<\/p>\n

2. Pets<\/strong>
\nPets are welcome, but must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet cleaning fee will apply. If a pet is not disclosed, and the pet cleaning fee is not paid, a $100 deduction will be made from your security deposit.<\/p>\n

3. Property Damage & Missing Items<\/strong>
\nYou are responsible for any damage to the property or removal of items during your stay. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or for the replacement of missing items, as well as for any additional cleaning required.<\/p>\n

4. No Cash Onsite<\/strong>
\nWe do not accept cash payments onsite. All payments must be made via credit card or through the following payment apps:<\/p>\n
