1. Smoking<\/strong>
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house<\/strong>. Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts in the provided receptacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Guest Limitations<\/strong>
Only the registered guests may stay overnight on the property. Any additional visitors are the sole responsibility of the registered guest. Unauthorized guests may be asked to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Liability<\/strong>
The Chapman House is a privately owned property. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Additionally, the owners are not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, you assume all risk associated with your stay and agree to release the owners from liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Property Care<\/strong>
Please keep the property and all furnishings in good condition. Only use appliances for their intended purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Pets<\/strong>
Pets are NOT allowed<\/strong> without prior approval and payment of a pet cleaning fee. Pets should not be left alone in the house without being crated. Do not lock pets in bathrooms or bedrooms.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Parking<\/strong>
We offer ample parking. Please park on designated areas and limit parking on the grass when possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Housekeeping<\/strong>
There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are provided, but daily maid service is not included<\/strong> in the rental rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. Towels and linens should not be removed from the unit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Fireplace<\/strong>
Only gas logs<\/strong> may be used in the fireplace. No paper, wood, or other materials<\/strong> should be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Septic System<\/strong>
The property operates on a septic system. Please flush only toilet paper<\/strong>. Do not flush feminine products, wipes, or any other non-biodegradable materials<\/strong>. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and caused a clog, you may be charged up to $500 for damages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Damaged or Missing Items<\/strong>
Items missing or damaged from the property after check-out will be charged to your security deposit on file. This includes, but is not limited to: remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, house keys, books, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Storms<\/strong>
No refunds will be given due to storms or inclement weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
